Mexican Casserole



Mexican Casserole

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • cream of mushroom
  • cream of chicken
  • Ranch style beans, drained
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • Rotel tomatoes
  • Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • Onion, Diced

Brown meat and onions.  Mix all ingredients together. Cook for 15 minutes on stove top. Serve over Doritos.
