Vegetable Soup



Vegetable Soup
  • 1 onion
  • 4 Potatoes, cut up
  • 1 can of Corn
  • 1/2 quart of frozen okra (Aunt Tiffine leaves out)
  • 2 Tomatoes, cup up
  • 1/2 sm bag of baby carrots
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Stew Meat or soup bones (Aunt Tiffine's favorite Deer Meat)

Boil Meat and have about 1 quart soup stock in pot.  Add te amount of cut up vegetables.  Add salt and pepper, boil until done.

Aunt Tiffine Notes: I am not an okra fan unless it is fried!  When I make soup, I go through the pantry and the frig. Can of green beans, 1/2 of green peas, beef broth, Lipton onion soup mix, left over roast meat and potatoes, pintos, etc.
  Don't forget the Corn Bread.
