Enchiladas



Enchiladas

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 pkg of taco season
  • 2 cans of Mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 onion diced
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Flour Tortillas

Brown beef and onion, then follow directions on taco seasoning.  In a bowl mix together enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.  In a 13x9 dish, pour a little sauce.  Dip tortillas in sauce, add a spoon full of meat mixture, sprinkle some cheese, and roll up and place in pan.  Top with cheese and a little of meat mixture.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
