Fried Chicken Livers



Fried Chicken Livers

  • Chicken Livers
  • Flour
  • Salt 
  • Pepper

In a  skillet, heat cooking oil over medium high heat.  Rinse livers under faucet, poke each piece several times with fork. (it won't pop while cooking this way)
Cover in flour, salt and pepper.
Fry on each side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
