Oven Fried Chicken



Oven Fried Chicken

  • 2 c Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Thyme 
  • 1/4 c Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/4th OR pounded out

Preheat oven at 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray.  In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. In a wide bowl, mix mustard andf water.  Brush on Mustard mix then dip in bread crumb mix.  Bake for 30 minutes.
