Oven Fried Chicken
- 2 c Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Thyme
- 1/4 c Dijon Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/4th OR pounded out
Preheat oven at 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray. In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. In a wide bowl, mix mustard andf water. Brush on Mustard mix then dip in bread crumb mix. Bake for 30 minutes.
