King Ranch Chicken



King Ranch Chicken

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Rotel
  • 10 flour tortillas cut in triangles
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • cream of chicken soup
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • medium onion, diced
  • bell pepper, diced

Boil the chicken, save 1 cup of broth.  Shred or use as small cubes of chicken. Mix soups, garlic salt and chili powder. In a 9x13 pan, put a layer of chicken, half the soups, half onion & pepper, layer of tortillas and half the broth. Repeat layer. Top with Rotel and Cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 Minutes.
