Taco Soup
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans pinto beans
- Can of kidney beans
- Can of corn, drained
- can stewed tomatoes
- can of diced tomatoes
- can of Rotel
- 2 cans of green chilies (diced)
- can of black olives sliced
- envelope of taco seasoning
- envelope of ranch mix
- Fritos
- Grated Cheese
- Diced Green Onions
- Sour Cream
Brown meat and onion in a stew pot. Stir in onion, beans, tomatoes, chilies, olives and seasoning. Simmer for an hour. Serve over Frito add toppings Cheese, onions and sour cream.
Note from Aunt Tiffine: After cooling, I put half of this in a gallon freeze bag, remove air, and freeze for more enjoyment.
